Nothing appears to be happening...

Please close the webinar interface window and reopen it by clicking on the reload button. If nothing happens after you try this, please make sure you have the correct software installed. If you are still having problems, please contact and we will assist.


Making sure your internet connection is sufficient

Most new modems nowadays are 56Kb/s which is sufficient for the narrowband version of this event as the video is streamed at 40Kb/s. The broadband version is being streamed at 250Kb/s, which you will not be able to watch with a standard modem however if you are using ADSL, you should be able to view this without problems. If you are on a network, your bandwidth will vary according to how many people are currently using the Internet. Sometimes the Internet can suffer from congestion. If you are experiencing connectivity problems, please try again later.


The audio is distorted

Please try turning down your systems volume. Click the speaker icon next to the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and adjust it accordingly.
