Founded in 1946, Roffey Park is a charitable education institute internationally recognised for developing innovative learning approaches that enable individuals to achieve their full potential both at work and in their wider lives. About Richard Strozzi-Heckler

Richard Strozzi-Heckler is co-founder and President of Strozzi Institute.

An acclaimed US and international speaker and consultant on leadership and mastery, Richard has spent more than three decades researching, developing, and teaching the practical application of Somatics (the unity of language, action, and meaning) to business leaders and executive managers. He has distilled these decades of experience into techniques and coaching models that create effective and lasting change for individuals and teams. Organisations as diverse as Apple, Pfizer, Motorola, Microsoft and the US Navy Seals, have all benefited from Richard’s programmes.
