1. System Requirements
Please check below to see if your system meets the minimum requirements for this webcast
- 500 MHz processor or faster
- 128 MB RAM
- 16-bit sound card and speakers or headset
- 16-bit graphics card (16K colours minimum, 1024x768 screen resolution)
- WINDOWS: Windows 98 Second edition, Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows XP. MACINTOSH: Mac OS X. LINUX: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, openSUSE, Ubuntu
- Browser version at or above Internet Explorer 5.5, Firefox 1.5, AOL 9, Opera 7.11, Safari 3 and Chrome 2.0
- Adobe Flash Player 9.11 or above
- Internet connection with at least 300 Kbps DSL (check your speed)

2. Firewalls
If you are on a corporate LAN, you will most likely be behind a firewall (a device which forbids certain traffic from entering the network). Some companies prefer to block media traffic and if you are experiencing problems related to this, please contact your system administrator. Feel free to pass on our details to them so we can help troubleshoot the problems.
