Please hit refresh button on your browser or if that fails close the browser and reopen it. If nothing happens after you try this, please make sure you have the correct software installed. If you are still having problems, please contact and we will assist.


Making sure your internet connection is sufficient

The broadband version is being streamed at 240Kb/s suitable for most ADSL connections. A narrowband stream is being provided at a bandwidth suitable for viewing on dial-up modems. If you are on a network, your bandwidth will vary according to how many people are currently using the Internet. Sometimes the Internet can suffer from congestion. If you are experiencing connectivity problems, please try again later.


The audio is distorted

Please try turning down your systems volume. Click the speaker icon next to the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and adjust it accordingly.
